Hydroxycut is a fad diet that involves taking pills or mixing powder with water. The Hydroxycut diet features a high dosage of caffeine that is supposed to help burn off calories. The problem with the Hydroxycut diet is that it can cause heart problems and increase one’s heart rate. The product has been recalled multiple times by the Food and Drug Administration. One should not try out this diet because he or she can experience heart problems as a result of it.

3. Cabbage Soup Diet

The cabbage soup diet involves making a large pot of cabbage soup that is supposed to be consumed for one week. One is supposed to eat the cabbage soup every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner. On specified days, a person may eat a banana or have some fruit. The problem with this diet is that it can cause stomach problems.
