Incline Dumbbell Press
On the incline bench, sit down comfortably and let your lower thighs relax. With dumbbells on both hands and the elbows to the side, stretch your arms all the way up and slightly inwards, then down to the sides of your shoulders. Do this repeatedly. You should start feeling your shoulders and chest stretching. Make sure that your arms follow an arched pattern as you carefully lift the dumbbells to avoid getting injured.
Step on a wide dip bar, with your hips and knees slightly bent and your arms relaxed on the base. Then start lowering your body, with your arms still on its base, but allowing the elbows to flare to the sides. Pull your body up and straighten your arms again. Repeat the process.
You can do this standing, seated or lying down using two pulleys with dumbbells attached on each end. Whatever position you decide on brings a similar effect. Hold the pulleys on both hands, and pull this to your abdomen, as if you are hugging someone. Elbows and shoulders must be in a fixed position, and then release yourself by slowly letting go of the pulleys and have your arms returned to the side.
Other Form of Exercises
Other forms of aerobic activity — such as running, jogging or biking — work effectively to eliminate man boobs, as these help burn fat into energy.
